Winners of the St. Paul golf outing fundraiser named

Pleasant, sunny weather and a great turnout for the 2021 Annual Golf “Fore” St. Paul School – Mike Moyemont-July Sullivan Memorial Outing took place June 13 at Wolf Creek Golf Course.

The team of Trevor Sexton, Garrett Brunner, Griffin Brunner and Rocco Sartoris led the A Flight with a 61. The team of Tom Christensen, Wes Hauekost, Rich Bower and Lyle Landstrom won the B Flight with a 67. Jim’s Moyemont team and Julie Moyemont, Dave Moyemont and Dylan Law won the C Flight with a 73. The tie was broken by a playoff on the scorecard. Each team received prize baskets, including gift cards purchased with monetary donations to support “giving back” to local small businesses for their achievements.

Darryl Holm won the pitting competition. He got a putter from the pro shop, courtesy of Campus State Bank.

Each of the contest winners received gift certificates to support local businesses in the region or were donated by local businesses for their achievements.

Other numerous raffle prize winners, including a 50/50 raffle, were announced that afternoon for a multitude of prizes donated by local support people and businesses. Half of the 50/50 was $450 and was won by Suz Rygh-Jones, who donated half back to the Juli Sullivan Scholarship Fund.
