Suntuity Solar purchases Empire Solar assets in bankruptcy court
On October 20, 2021, the Utah District Bankruptcy Court, Central Division, approved the sale of certain Empire Solar Group assets, including project assets, with no existent obligations to Suntuity Solar. The court’s ruling grants Suntuity the exclusive right to partner with certain former Empire Solar customers on behalf of customers, the Empire Estate and its creditors.
If you are a homeowner who may have switched or are considering switching to another solar provider, Suntuity asks that you contact them as soon as possible as your decision could have a direct impact on the assets that Suntuity through bankruptcy court, including any inventory that may be installed in your home.
