Paramount Global Surfaces expands management team
Paramount Global Surfaces, the parent company of Happy Floors and Ceramic Technics, has expanded its management team with three key positions: vice president of operations; senior product director; and director of LVT.
John Herrera was named Vice President of Operations with responsibility for leading a shared services group that supports the divisions in warehousing and distribution, supply chain management, security and indirect procurement. Herrera has more than 35 years of leadership experience in global logistics and supply chain operations, including FedEx, Garda World and most recently Mr. Greens Produce, where he served as Director of Safety. “With the current supply pressure, John has exactly the expertise and connections we need to continue serving our customers at the level they have come to expect from Ceramic Technics and Happy Floors,” said Kory Bowling, president of Ceramic Technics.
Jason Neu was named Senior Director of Product. “Jason has a successful track record of bringing products to market quickly, and we are excited to add a growth leader and product sourcing expert to our team,” said Peter Pasterski, executive vice president of Happy Floors. His previous leadership roles have included President of DICHI Group and Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing at Triton Holdings.
This team of new management staff is completed by the experienced flooring manager Kim Apostolos, who was appointed director of LVT. Her previous leadership roles have included vice president of commercial sales at DuChateau and director of LVT sales at Mannington Mills. “We couldn’t be happier to add Kim to our team,” said Kory Bowling, president of Ceramic Technics. “Thanks to her extensive knowledge of hard floors, we know she will lead us in the right direction by providing our customers with relevant, exciting and innovative products.”
According to the company, these hires will ensure that Paramount Global Surfaces continues to provide synergy and increased efficiency to the Ceramic Technics partnership and Happy Floors as sister companies.
