Man Arrested for Home Improvement Fraud – Delaware State Police – State of Delaware

Delaware State Police have arrested 32-year-old Michael Waller of Georgetown, Delaware on charges of home improvement fraud following an investigation that began earlier this summer.
In June and July 2022, State Police detectives began investigating Michael Waller, owner of Waller Precision, after receiving complaints about unfinished residential construction. Detectives discovered that Waller had executed contractual agreements on two construction projects in Selbyville and Millsboro. The victims paid Walle a large sum of money for these projects to be completed early in 2022. However, Waller stopped communicating with the victims and did not return any money.
On October 25, 2022, Waller turned himself in to Troop 4, where he was charged with:
Waller 2 was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released on his own recognizance.
The Delaware State Police Troop 4 Financial Crimes Unit continues to investigate similar cases involving Michael Waller. Detectives are asking anyone who may have been similarly scammed to contact the Financial Crimes Unit at 302-856-5850.
