Birketts advises Anglian Home Improvements on Norwich Sunblinds acquisition

East Anglia law firm Birketts advised Anglian Home Improvements in its successful acquisition of blinds and curtains manufacturer Norwich Sunblinds for an undisclosed sum.

Anglian Home Improvements was founded in 1966. Originally launched as Anglian Windows, the Norfolk-based company has since diversified, now offering a wide range of home improvement products which includes conservatories, windows and doors as part of the Anglian Group.

With a factory in Attleborough in Norfolk, Norwich Sunblinds sells curtains, blinds and shutters to customers employing 17 people having been founded in 1979 by John Reddington.

The Birketts team was led by partner Ed Savory (Corporate) and assisted by William Kemp, Lucy Easey, Macauley Alsford and Lorraine Porter (Corporate), Karl Pocock and Robbie Watson (Tax), Charles Thackeray and Matthew Grindley (Property) , and Benjamin Lewins (Employment).
